Fat Otter’s new boat, Even Odder, is a beauty and I am very excited to take folks out on the water in this 26’6″ World Cat power catamaran. She is beamy and stable, and able to cut right through coarse seas with a fast smooth ride to get us to the fish.
- The comfortable cabin will tuck me and three guests under the roof, and a comfortably upholstered bench at the transom will give the last three anglers a nice place to sit in the fresh air. There is an enclosed head (bathroom) and hand sink in the cuddy.
- A large fishing deck out back provides lots of space to land big king salmon coming in off the downriggers, and a walk around cabin offers 360 degrees of fish fighting access for bottom fish, and monster halibut.
- With two new 200 hp Yamaha outboards, she has 400 HP of reliable power to get us where we are going with a quickness.
- The Even Odder is equipped with new high speed Scotty electric downriggers, and advanced sonar and GPS systems.
- All of the tackle is professional quality, and meticulously maintained, with back-ups, to provide you with a trouble free fishing experience. The lures, bait, and flashers are proven to be the most effective for catching the fish we are targeting. We are now outfitted with Tanacom 750 electric reels for deep water bottom fishing.
- All of the safety gear is in excellent order, and beyond what is required by the coast guard. I provide comfortable auto-inflating life jackets for everyone.
